100% of the total cost of your reservation is due at the time of booking. As long as you cancel more than 24 hours in advance of your arrival time, you can get 100% refunded.

All rates are before 6% Michigan Sales Tax.

Check-in is any time after 3pm. Checkout is by 10am. Please do not leave any food items or drinks in the fridge or freezer even if they are unopened.

We do not do daily cleanings for multi-night stays.

We do pet friendly as well as non pet friendly rooms.

Loud music is not allowed at anytime, but after 10pm we have courtesy hours/quiet time. Regardless of the time of day, please be respectful of your neighbor.

There is no smoking indoors and a fee of $25 for any cigarette butt that does not make it into the ashtray/trash can.

Do NOT flush anything down the toilets other than toilet paper in tampons, napkins, or paper towel. You will be responsible for any damages you cause to the septic.

You are responsible for any damages caused by you or your guests. We understand accidents happen and just want to be notified when they do so that we can address them ASAP.
